Overview
Slate offers the ability to send SMS messages individually or as part of an outreach campaign, as well as to make voice calls from that same Slate Voice number. To avoid unnecessary billing, it is required that forwarding be set up for the Slate Voice number to either a Harding office or cell number. Slate Voice numbers can only be assigned to an individual user, not to a department, and are billed whether or not they are currently being utilized.
Eligibility/Cost
Current Slate users may request this service - the cost is $1 per month for each line created, and SMS messages are billed at $0.01 for domestic or $0.02 for international. Other charges may apply if the Slate voicemail feature is utilized. Please provide a FOAP on the service request form.
