This service provides some basic troubleshooting steps to try before requesting help with OnBase issues.

Getting Started
If you are experiencing issues with OnBase, the first thing to try is re-launching your client.
For Unity Client users, click File in the upper left of your window, then click on "Re-launch Client" in the menu that opens as shown here:
For Web Client users, simply close your web browser window and open OnBase again.
If this does not fix your problem, or your client is in a state where it cannot be re-launched, please click on the "Request Service" button on this page and provide the requested information.
