Overview
Request repair of an existing phone or phone/fax line, separate from a remodel or new construction project.
Eligibility
Any faculty or staff member can request phone or phone line repairs. In most cases, repairs to existing phone sets and lines are free of charge.
Getting Started
Please submit a ticket by selecting the submit request button and filling out the form as completely as possible. Please describe the problem as best you can and include any information you can about the issue like when the issue started, what the phone screen is showing, can the problem be reproduced etc. Make sure to include the physical location of the phone set and/or line having issues and the main phone or fax # (line 1) of the phone set where the issue is occurring. If you can see and note the label on the phone jack that the phone is plugged into that would also be helpful.
