Overview
Pipeline is the internally focused portal for Harding University. Messages are posted, internal business is handled here and links to third party products or services we use to run the University. It pulls from many resources to display differnt content or data.
Eligibility
Changes to search results, blocks (the different sections within Pipeline that display content), naming and links can be done. who changes it depends on what it is.
Employees can request changes to any of the above. You must be correcting your own information or inchange of the section being changed.
Students may only request changes to their own information.
Getting Started
Changes
For Employees the Departmental Directory block in Pipeline has a form to submit changes called "Incorrect Info?" in the top right corner of the block.
If something else from the Departmental or Campus Directory blocks needs to be updated contact Human Resources at hr@harding.edu.
If other blocks or content needs to be added or updated fill out the Request Service form.
Access to Change
A very few are allowed access to change Pipeline content. Usually to update forms or attachments via the Content Management System (CMS).
Other content is pulled into Pipeline from the Banner database. See the Banner section for more on accessing the database.
