Faculty/Staff members who are current OnBase users.

Getting Started

The best resource for OnBase documentation is the Hyland Community (https://community.hyland.com). All Harding OnBase users are eligible for a Community account.  Follow the link and then click on "Register Now" to get started. There is an approval process put in place by Hyland, and accounts are usually approved within 24-48 hours. Once you are registered, you will be able to browse the OnBase Communities - if you wish to submit any questions to the Communities, please use the "Request Service" button located on this page to contact your OnBase System Administrator first to make sure there is not already an issue outstanding. Once registered, you can also visit https://training.hyland.com for helpful videos and other resources.

If you wish to request personalized training for you or your office, please click on the "Request Service" button on this page to submit a ticket and you will be contacted to set up a time and location.
