Request changes to OnBase document types, keywords, and scan queues. Unity Forms and Workflow are currently in development for use, but are generally not availble at this time.
Eligibility
Faculty/Staff members who are current OnBase users.
Getting Started
If you need new document types or keywords, or modifications to your existing document types and keywords, please click on the "Request Service" button located on this page. Provide as much information as possible, such as user groups or areas that will need access to new document types, or specific formatting for additional keywords. You may also use the "Request Service" button to get more information about Workflow and Unity Forms, and how they might enhance or simplify your business processes.
