Overview
Request phone display, caller I.D. and other phone programming changes, separate from a remodel or new construction project.
Eligibility
Any faculty or staff member can request phone programming changes. Phone programming changes made to currently installed phones are free of charge.
Getting Started
Please submit a ticket by selecting the submit request button and filling out the form as completely as possible. Make sure to include the main phone # (line 1) of the phone set you need to make changes to and the username of the person who is or will be using that phone set. If a caller I.D. change is requested please include the requested/new caller I.D., the new I.D. will be programmed exactly as you enter it in the request form.
