Request a new phone line or phone set be installed, separate from a remodel or new construction project.
Eligibility or Eligibility/Cost
Any faculty or staff member can request a new phone set or phone line be installed. A new phone line installation charge is $250.00. We offer 1, 2, 4, and 10 line phones and also a conference phone set. The phones range in price from $150.00 to $900.00 depending on your selection. A phone line charge of $250.00 is in addition to the phone set cost if a new line is needed. Once your request is entered a final quote will be generated.
Getting Started
Please submit a ticket by selecting the submit request button and filling out the form as completely as possible. Please be sure to include the physical location of where the phone set and/or new line needs to be installed, how many lines the new phone set will need, the phone # you would like programmed for the new phone set or if a new phone # will be needed, what you would like the caller I.D. to show, the username of the person who will be using the new phone and a list of additional lines to appear on the new phone.
