Firewall rule changes

Overview

Firewall rules can be changed to allow applications to work from on-campus to off-campus.  Servers, also, can be configured to allow internal to campus servers to have an internet presence. 

Eligibility

Any faculty or staff member can request these changes, with the permission of their department head.

Getting Started

To start the request please click on the request service button.  You will be asked what firewall rules need to be changed and server name if applicable.  Your vendor or service you need the changes made for should be able to provide that information to you.
