Getting Started
While we can't repair broken scanner, we do offer help in installing and configuring scanners to work with your Harding computer. If the basic trouble shooting steps below don't solve your problem then use the "Request Service" button to have a technician help you.
Additional Resources
An easy fix that cures many problems when scanners don't respond is to:
-unplug them from the computer
-restart the computer
-restart the scanner (unplug/reconnect the power to the scanner)
-re-plug the USB cable from the scanner into the computer
