This service is intended to help you with issues you are having with your computer.
Eligibility
Any employee or student may request assistance.
Getting Started
If you are having trouble with your computer, please click the "Request Service" button or call the appropriate Help Desk:
If you are a student, please call the DormNet Help Desk at (501)279-4545.
If you are a faculty or staff member, please call (501)279-4440. For faculty/staff members, this applies to school-owned computers only. We only work on student personal computers.
