Overview
What type of forms are available to use for Harding purposes?
1. Third-Party forms from something like SurveyMonkey are an option and can be linked to or embedded.
2. Google Forms is a popular option for creating and maintaining forms that may need to change over time. These can be linked to or embedded as well. They can be limited to only Harding employees and students filling them out. Training is offered from time to time.
3. OnBase is the document imaging system for Harding. It can be used to create forms if the person is trained on how and can manage them. This is useful for getting data into the OnBase system at times.
4. Another option is for the development team to create a form for a very specific use. This is used sparingly and for things that are complicated and will not change much or require only a very specific group be able to access and fill out within the Harding community.
