Overview
We were made aware of the Revision History software package. The initial impression was that it was scary and a question as to whether we should ake a recommendation about it's use.
The results of an analysis are here.
After review, the opinion seems:
- That the product is making creative use of the history that Google already keeps
- It only works on Google Docs and Google Slides
- It's either done within Google Classroom or the student would have to specifically share the document with the teacher
With that and given that we trust Google, it doesn't seem to be a concern.
