BrightSigning Brilliantly

A fantastic way to get your message out to campus is to post it on digital signage around campus. Most of the widescreens in hallways and lobbies of buildings around campus utilize BrightSign to display informative content. Whether you have used BrightSign in the past or would like to use it for the first time, please read through the following best practices:

  1. If you have a slide you would like to be posted on all BrightSigns on campus, send it to: brightsign-ucm@harding.edu
    • Note that the email address has changed slightly from brightsign-grp to brightsign-ucm
  2. Please send your files to the above address as .jpg or .png files
    • BrightSigns cannot use PowerPoint, PDF, or most other file types directly
    • Export PowerPoint or other slides, like Google Slides, as .png or .jpg images
    • Send images with a resolution of 1280 X 720, which is the default when exporting out of PowerPoint on a PC
    • Contact Client Support x4440 if you need further assistance
  3. To make updates to your slides, keep an editable copy, such as a .pptx PowerPoint file, since editing an exported image file is not easy
