DocuSign Management and Use

Overview

Harding has recently contracted with DocuSign to use their product in various ways.

We will be using it in a "designated administrator" mode where a person in each area that decides to use DocuSign will be trained to manage the area's DocuSign presence.  That person will manage all of the "envelopes" your area creates and controls.  In this context, Manage means to determine the need, the documents, the needed signers, configuration of the flow of those signers, assuring completion of the necessary tasks, and retaining the documents. 

The resulting documents can be stored in the DocuSign product or can be moved to OnBase at the administrator's discretion..  

Should your area decide to use DocuSign, go to the DocuSign Training service, click Request Training, and fill in the required information.  Someone will contact you to discuss funding and arrange the training.

Once trained, you will be able to manage the envelopes for your area.
